RETURNING AN ITEM

- Fill out a form online requesting a return and reason why
- A representative will reply to your request within 24-48 hrs
- As soon as you get approve, please ship items back ( we do not provide return shipping labels, unless you received a faulty item).
- All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- Include packing slip and add reason for return.
