SHIPPING POLICY

General Information

Our shipping policy to send your order as soon as possible.

From Monday to Friday (all orders received before 9:00 am) we will ship in 24 hour or less. Orders received on Friday after 9:00 am we will ship on Monday.

  • In case a product is in back order, we will contact you to know what you want to do. If you decide to wait for the product to be ready, we will ship it to you, as soon as the product becomes available. If you decide to cancel the unavailable product, we will make you a refund in the full amount of the price for this product in your order.
  • Your order will be shipped using the services of the United State Postal Service (www.usps.com) or FedEx Express www.fedex.com, unless you pay a different service or request it.
  • Orders qualifying for free shipping will only be shipped via USPS.



Domestic Orders

  • We will use Priority Mail with USPS or FedEx 2 Day Express
  • You may request to pay for a different service.
  • Orders sent by Priority Mail will take about 2 or 5 business days, after the pick up service get the packages in our office. All domestic orders are sent with Delivery Confirmation.
  • Orders sent by FedEx Express of 5 lbs or under will take 1-2 business days
  • Tracking Number will be provided via email
  • Please track your package www.usps.com or www.fedex.com
  • Addresses that are wrong or missing a specific street # will not be shipped and you will be contacted right away.
  • Orders returned to us due to "business closed" will be automatically refunded minus shipping fee if any.
  • Any orders return by FedEx due to "business closed" " wrong Address" we will charge a $16 fee based on FedEx returned fees

International Orders

  • We will use Priority International Services or FedEx/any other available service that is most convenient to your shipping payment, unless you request and pay a different service.
  • We highly recommend researching your country's Duties & Tariff fees for importing before purchasing from us.
  • **We do not cover any customs fees
  • We always ship and provide with the correct commercial invoices ( in any case you encounter an issue, please contact us)
  • We do not accept returns on international orders that were refused due to Duties & Tariff fees.
  • **We will not accept or refund you for refusing the package.

 

All Orders

  • When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a notification via email including the tracking code.
  • Please track your package to avoid any delivery issues
  • To tack go to www.usps.com or www.fedex.com
  • If you have an account with us, you will be able to check the status of your order in "My Account" at our store.
  • All orders are checked before shipment. If you detect the absence of any product upon receipt of the order, you must contact the Customer Service of J-GEN at jgen@alfavitamins.com or call 305-597-6410 during 72 working hours after the delivery of the package.
